The text email advert is easy but not recommended

If you don't have pictures you can still make an HTML advert by making some sentences large or bold or make them colored

then put you website link at the bottom and in the middle of the ad body if you have a website that you want them to visit.

otherwise , for a text ad just type up some ordinary text and include your website link or email address at the bottom for them to see.

When doing a large email campaign, do not provide a phone number that you can be reached directly. Because some of the recipients that may want to be removed may be calling you directly to be removed instead of using the remove link provided. So it is best to provide a voice mail number for them to leave a message if they are interested or a phone number that is not private to you.
